The term "sexual harassment" may have the image of a woman being victimized by a male co-worker. While this is a situation that is far too common for many women, "sexual harassment" in a legal sense covers much more illicit behavior. Men as well as women may be subjected to harassment based on their gender, by people of the same or different gender. "Sexual harassment" can also include a personal relationship with a manager or work superior, that carries over into work with negative consequences for the employee.
If you think you are being subjected to any form of sexual harassment, then you should have your situation reviewed to see if it crosses the line into illegal conduct. Call my office today at 973-538-0700, or contact me online, to arrange for a confidential evaluation of your personal situation.
At my law firm, I have been protecting the rights of wronged employees since 1994. Call me today at 973-538-0700 and arrange your consultation.

Put Legal Experience and Training on Your Side
My role as your attorney is to use my experience and training to evaluate your circumstances, determine if you have a legally sustainable cause of action, and advise you on your legal options. If you decide to pursue legal action, as your attorney I aggressively and vigorously represent you before the court. I have substantial experience handling civil rights and employment law claims in Federal and State Courts.
Very few trial and litigation attorneys seek advanced degrees. In order to better equip me to face the battles of trial and litigation of civil rights matters, several years after obtaining my law degree and practicing as an attorney, I went back to law school and obtained the Master of Laws Degree (LL.M.) in Trial Advocacy from the James E. Beasley School of Law at Temple University. That program focuses on equipping attorneys with the skills of a master trial attorney. The LL.M. program is nationally recognized as one of the top programs for trial skills. The skills I obtained by way of my LL.M. in Trial Advocacy give me a breadth of experience and training that equips me to deal with the Goliath law firms that are typically on the other side.
I have also been Certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial attorney. Obtaining Certification involves a rigorous screening process and passing a detail written exam. Less than 5% of attorneys in New Jersey are Board Certified in any specialty, and only a fraction of those are Certified Civil Trial Attorneys. Fewer still have obtained an LL.M. in Trial Advocacy.
Every year Law and Politics publishes its list of the top 5% of attorneys in State of New Jersey in its publication "Super Lawyers." The results of those rankings are also published in the New Jersey Monthly Magazine as the "Top Attorneys in New Jersey." I have been selected as a "Super Lawyer" in 2007, 2009, 2010 and again in 2011, and because of my specialization in business litigation I have also been included in the "Super Lawyers - Corporate Counsel Edition.
