Under the First Amendment, we are guaranteed freedom of religion and freedom of speech. As a result, the government cannot establish a state religion, nor can the government favor one religion over another. Additionally, the government is largely barred from restricting speech. However, these rights are often challenged and sometimes violated.

Since 1994, I have been serving clients in Morris County and surrounding counties. I have argued cases at all levels of the New Jersey courts, from the trial courts through the New Jersey Supreme Court.
