My name is Brian F. Curley. Since 1994, I have been providing quality legal representation to businesses and individuals in Morris County and surrounding areas at my office in Morristown, New Jersey.

In my business litigation practice, I provide aggressive representation aimed at protecting the interests of companies. My background as an investment and insurance broker allows me to combine business insight and legal counsel to reach creative resolutions for a wide range of companies.
Additionally, I represent individuals facing a wide range of legal issues, including employees, consumers and brokers. I also work with people whose civil rights have been violated.
I am a trial lawyer and have argued cases at all levels of the New Jersey courts, from trial court through the New Jersey Supreme Court. Increasingly, contracts between businesses require for arbitration as a means of resolving any disputes between parties. I am adept at handling this process.
Working to Exceed Expectations
In addition to pursuing the traditional law degree, I earned the Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Trial Advocacy from Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law. This is a nationally recognized program which is continuously ranked as the top for trial advocacy training in the United States.
I am also Board Certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney. This certification acknowledges my continuing legal education, active participation in litigation and commitment to success.
In 2007 and 2009, Law & Politics selected me for designation as a Super Lawyer. In 2008, I was named on the Super Lawyers, Corporate Counsel Edition in the area of business litigation.
